A. Yes, using the InfoDot label and intuitive software individual instruments are tracked without interfering with day to day duties.

Q. How durable is the InfoDot?
A. 60% of the InfoDot can be removed and it can still be read. The InfoDot can withstand up to 500 degrees F and exposure to chemicals used in sterilization. For more information click here.

A. Our installation wizard makes installation as easy as inserting a CD and answering a few questions. Complete installation will take less than 5 minutes.

A. We will be happy to apply the InfoDots for a small fee; However, the process is as simple as peel and stick, and with our barcoded inventory sheets an instrument can be entered into the database in seconds with only two scans.

A. Because each instrument has an unique InfoDot id, instruments are individually tracked.

A. Yes, The check in/out feature records every aspect of instrument usage. Saphyre also has a wide variety of inquiries and reports.

A. Seconds. Checking in/out requires only two scans the InfoDot label or Tray label and the User badge.

A. The system has built in user/password security at all levels.
